Job Purpose: Implements application based on customers' requirements and provides recommendation and workarounds to support effective use of system.

Job Duties:

·Deliver mock up solution to potential customers

·Defines application problem by conferring with customers; evaluating procedures and processes.

·Implements solution by understanding customers' requirement and environment

·Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.

·Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with Development Controller.

·Validates results by testing programs.

·Provides reference by writing documentation.

·Performs change management to ensure customers fully adopt usage of the system

·Maintain customer relationship to ensure customer retention

·Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Skills/Qualifications:

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Accustomed to working from home without direct supervision

·Willing to travel to customers' sites

·Experience with care home sector is preferred

·Able to deliver effectively communicate with all stakeholders to support effective decision-making and manage the smooth delivery of projects

·Experience in business application implementation
