We are currently undergoing a period of major transformation and expansion to our UK operations which has resulted in a number of permanent positions become available.

We are recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join us on a full time, permanent, basis. The role will be based in our head office in Ely, Cambridgeshire. This is a key role within the company and the post holder will join an existing team and will play a major part in supporting all areas of the our payroll process.

Main duties will include:
  • Processing weekly contractor payroll
  • Collate weekly contractor payroll data for submission to third party processing company
  • Ensuring all time sheets and expenses are received in time to meet weekly deadlines
  • Using the company wide database to ensure that all information, relating to pay, is inputted correctly
  • Dealing with queries, via email and over the phone
  • Inputting and processing expenses into SAGE
  • Raising sales invoices using SAGE based on time sheets
  • Managing the credit control process
  • Managing the purchase ledger email inbox

The successful candidate should have previous experience working payroll / finance roles, previous experience using SAGE will also be required. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages and emails and have excellent communication skills.
