We are currently looking for an articulate and pro-active Project Manager to join a well known local business.

The Project Management (PM) team are responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects that have been secured under contract by the business.
From the point that a project is handed over by the sales team, a project manager is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of that project to the client.
Project Managers will need to deal with internal staff, clients, suppliers and event organisers, as well as any other parties involved in the process.
You will be expected to manage projects of all budgets and liaise with clients directly on a day-to-day basis.

Duties to include:
Complete control and accountability for projects assigned to them by the Head of Operations.
Finalisation of design and requirements for all projects once the contract has been awarded and the project has been handed over by procurement and a member of the sales team.
Responsibility for ensuring that all working drawings and design assets are fully updated by the design team prior to project execution.
Ongoing stakeholder management and communication with all involved parties, but particularly with the client, in conjunction with the appropriate account manager.
Ongoing maintenance of all costs relating to the project, ensuring that costs do not escalate and that the project maintains a minimum gross profit as a % of total project value.
Ensure that all extras are agreed with the client and invoiced accordingly.
Contract management and placement of orders with all suppliers relating to the project. Responsibility for ensuring the orders are accurate and that the cost is as expected.
Travel and on-site management of the exhibition stand build from build-up through to the opening days of the show.
Project closure and de-briefing with the client and the internal team.

The successful candidate will:
Excel in personal time management and planning.
Have a firm grasp of project management principles and familiarity with a variety of toolsets
Have excellent communication skills, and be able to deal with all levels of management both internally and externally
Be capable of effectively negotiating with suppliers and organisers, potentially managing challenging discussions in the process.
Be passionate about client relationship management and leaving all of our customers highly satisfied with not only the final product and delivery, but the process they have gone through to get to that point.
Always have an uncompromising approach to delivering excellence.
Be willing to travel and demonstrate flexibility with regards to this.
Be able to meet strict deadlines without failure
Have a full and valid passport with no travel restrictions
Have a full driving license
