Becoming an Accounts Assistant with Capita Enforcement

The Accounts Assistant role is to process and post payment batches on the system, purchasing cards administration, process expenses, manage & process self billed invoices, accounts payable, resolve queries over the phone and emails.

What you will do:
  • Process and Post Payment Batches on the system.
  • Answer phone Calls
  • Checking payments for Enforcement Agents
  • Resolve Enforcement Agents issues via phone or emails.
  • Purchasing Cards Reconciliation
  • Process Expenses
  • Audit Receipt Books
  • Manage & Process automated Self Billed invoice for Employed Enforcement Agents
  • Process manual invoices for Self Employed Enforcement Agents
  • Cost Analysis
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable

Your experience will include:
  • AAT part/fully qualified
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail with a professional persona
  • Able to use own initiative and to identify solutions
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent time management, planning and negotiating skills
  • Ability to organise a busy workload with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
