Sanderson HR is working on an exclusive basis with an award winning Professional Services provider that is recognised as a market leader in its field.

We are looking to identify a Legal Secretary for this brand new and permanent position based in one of their key regional offices in Central Bristol. This role is available on either a full time or part time basis.

This role will assist attorneys and solicitors with their day to day work including correspondence and file management.

Some of the key accountabilities will include:
  • Assisting solicitors with their day to day work.
  • Communicating directly with clients.
  • Reviewing official correspondence internally and externally.
  • Reviewing incoming emails and record relevant information correctly.
  • Compliance with relevant protocols.

The successful candidate will have office environment exposure ideally as a secretary within a legal firm. Excellent administrative, communication and IT skills are essential. Experience of handling large volumes of data as well as recognised qualifications in work processing/typewriting are highly sought after.
