Operations Assistant (Band B) - OUR Team, Bristol

The Role

As part of the Operations OUR Team within RCB, you will be involved in completing a variety of administrative duties. You will be required to contribute fully to the success of the team's targets against all tasks & to work within specified Service Level Agreements and within Bank policies and regulations. You will be required to be fully engaged in the setting of yours/the team's daily plan & targets as well as identifying learning from the previous day's performance.

This role would suit an individual who wants to work in a team driven environment with challenge and variety.

Key Skills and Core Responsibilities
  • Data entry processing on RCB Systems including spreadsheets
  • Housekeeping duties including photocopying, filing and scanning
  • Dealing with queries and questions from internal and external customers
  • Contributing in daily team shouts, sharing previous days successes and planning for workloads of the day ahead within team
  • Recognising when risks and issues arise and escalating in a timely and appropriate manner

  • Previous experience of an operational role within Banking would be beneficial
  • Provide support to other teams within RCB as required based on work volumes or short term resource issues
