A part-time opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk role based in Central London.

You will work as an Accounts Payable Clerk in a small accountancy team for an internationally renowned Retail Real Estate Investment Management Company. This is a delightful opportunity for you to work in a friendly and very supportive environment. The role will start off with entry level accounts payable duties, but will become more involved with time.

Role Duties Include:

Receive and record invoices from suppliers

Obtain receipts or other verification when accounts were paid

Process the invoices and attach that information to the relative project or department for job costing and financial statement purposes

Match and file invoices with their matching receipts

Record and compare invoices received with estimates and/or forecasts

Make sure invoices are approved in time to meet established payment cycle

Remit payments on invoices as directed by Management

To be successful at securing this role you need to have proven accounts payable experience. Have a good telephone manner and be a team player.
