An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join a market leading organisation based in Richmond.

This well-established company are seeking candidates who have excellent Payroll and Pension knowledge and who would like or are currently studying towards a CIPD qualification.

The successful candidate will assist colleagues with HR Administration, payroll/pensions and will support staff members with any HR related queries that the team receive using Resourcelink.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Employee Benefits and payroll
  • Candidate onboarding
  • Amending contracts
  • Process & system support
  • Staff training
  • Data analysis and reporting

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Benefits and payroll experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence working under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Flexibility in your approach with a positive and enthusiastic demeanour
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite

In return, our Client offers an excellent starting salary of £28,000 - £30,000 p/a.

This role has a working pattern of Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.
