A leading service provider organisation in the Chorley area are looking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator to join their busy team. Main Job Role:
  • Reporting to the Credit Manager
  • Building & maintaining relationships with customers
  • Handling a large volume of inbound calls and queries
  • Taking card payments over the phone
  • Creating new customer accounts and carrying out credit checks
  • Working closely as a team to ensure KPIs are achieved

Person Specification:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Used to working with high volume calls
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Have the hunger & passion to succeed and also exceed targets
