Audit & Compliance Partner required for a multinational, fast paced and dynamic telco company in Berkshire!

£60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus and Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative and ambitious Audit and Compliance Partner to join a global technology corporation based in Berkshire directly supporting the Senior Financial Manager. You will be a key figure in supporting, developing, maintaining and augmenting efficient internal controls throughout the business. Customers are at the core value of everything the business does, and your role will play a part in ensuring we deliver on this. You will be working with varied teams across the business and therefore the ability to build enduring relationships is pivotal.

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • University degree.
  • Demonstrable auditing, compliance and SOX experience in a large multinational.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage tasks efficiently to deliver against required timescales.
  • The ability to build strong, professional relationships across the business.
  • Influential flair with people across the wider organisation.
  • Excellent communication with various stakeholders at a variety of levels.

A little more information about the role:
  • Supporting the development and maintaining of internal controls throughout the company.
  • Ensuring compliance within the company's control framework. This will include risk assessment reviews, Control Activities and Monitoring actions.
  • Adhere to accounting policies and Group policies.
  • Prepare and augment the Company's SOX and control documentation.
  • Provide training to managers responsible for implementing and running key controls.
  • Ensure clarity is improved monthly around accounting principles in relation to Balance Sheets and P&L.
  • Continual auditing of ongoing processes to increase efficiency whilst adhering to compliance guidelines.
