We are in partnership with a leading organisation who, due to continuous growth need an experienced Administrator to join their small but exceptionally busy team. This is a key role within the organisation were every day is different from managing and assisting drivers with their routes to dealing with customer queries and issues over the phone as well as managing multiple operating systems and supporting the finance team when required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to -

Logging all jobs and orders.
First point of contact for all customers and drivers who call or attend the office.
Update system with payments, issues, bookings etc.
Take payments over the phone via credit & debit cards.
Liaise with drivers regarding any route or delivery issues.
Escalate issues to senior level of staff if required.
Supporting issuing driver paperwork.Ideal Candidate -

Excellent organisational skills.
Experience within an administration role is essential.
Transport Office/Hire Desk environment.
Confident in problem solving and escalating issues.
Ability to adapt.
Comfortable working as part of a team and as an individual.
IT & System Literate.

This role covers the hours of 8am-5pm with half an hour lunch - the successful candidate must be flexible to be able to flex their hours to start at 7am when the business requires. The working days are Monday to Friday with a Saturday morning on a 1 in 4 rotation and any over time worked is paid at time and a half! Interested? We'd love to hear from you.
