We are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger to join a small finance team, the accountancy function is based in Warrington and is easily accessible via public transport. You will have full autonomy of your own ledger and report into the Finance Manager.

Description

This Purchase Ledger role will include the following responsibilities;
  • Invoice processing
  • Managing allocated suppliers
  • Matching, Batching and Coding of invoices
  • GRNI clear down
  • Managing new supplier details
  • Reconciliations
  • Expenses Payments
  • Assisting the management accountants in month and year end
  • To assist in a process improvement project

Profile

The following criteria is essential;
  • Microsoft Dynamics experience is ESSENTIAL - NAV/GP/AX/GP/SL/C5
  • Excellent work attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High standard of work
  • Excellent systems knowledge inclusive of Excel
  • Purchase Ledger experience is ESSENTIAL
