An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Inspection and Maintenance Administrator to join our client's team within their established and progressive company.

The main tasks will include being the central point of contact for the service team and the first point of contact for our customers. The responsibility of the role is to actively ensure that resource planning of engineers is effective and efficient whilst providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, who possesses an excellent telephone manner. They will be proactive and professional, possess strong organisational skills, and will be a team player.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Scheduling jobs for field engineers
• Raising and following up purchase orders
• Assisting the team manager and working closely with the internal and external team to ensure that maintenance is appropriately scheduled and executed
• Liaise with third parties including installers and specialist companies
• Arrange site and school access for engineers occasionally
• Ensure that maintenance documentation is maintained and kept up to date
• Check and process third party invoices
• Ensure data security is compliant with GDPR regulations and customer requirements
• Suggesting and implementing improvements that will make the department more efficient and productive
• Ensuring that the company values are adhered to

Skills required
• Strong communication skills and organisational abilities
• Intermediate user of word and excel
• Professional approach to team and client relationships
• Drive and commitment
• Attention to detail to maintain accuracy of records
• A basic understanding of financial targets
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated and with a considered approach to their job role
• Prior experience of coordinating or scheduling remote workforce preferred
