Technical Project Manager

My client are an award winning specialist lending business, operating within niche markets and utilising cutting edge technology.

Due to growth, they require a Technical Project Manager - reporting directly to the Operations Director. This person will be responsible for all aspects of project management within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage allocated company resources to meet the demands of projects for which you are responsible.
Ensure that the all designs, documents, services and other deliverables are fit for purpose and reflect well on the company.
Ensure that project costs and scope are well controlled so that company profits are optimised.
Manage expectations so that project change and its impacts are recognised early.
Monitor and manage project progress and compliance with plans, requirements, procedures and standards applicable.
Ensure that corrective actions are taken to reduce and correct risks, errors, slippage or other team - or team member -problems.
Proven experience of designing and embedding process improvements.
Strong knowledge and experience of process mapping, process design and process reengineering using a variety of tools and techniques.
Proven knowledge of technology project management.
The ability and experience of turning a 'product' solution in to a detailed plan for delivery.
The ability to apply design principles to business solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.
Must Haves:Be Inquisitive, detail orientated, able to filter the right information and be solution focused.Like working as part of a team, able to collaborate to accomplish common goals in agile environments.Have experience facilitating workshops and 'show and tell' sessions with senior stakeholders.Have experience in Consulting, Banking or Financial Services in Change Delivery, Lean, Process Mapping, Process Engineering & Transformation.Solid demonstrable experience of managing and delivering change projects in a changing business environment.Project plan documentation including project updates.Communicating and influencing at all levels.
