Our client is seeking multiple Tech Savvy Customer Support Advisors with a passion for Technology to join their specialist fintech business based in Edinburgh.

Our client uses technology and innovative thinking to provide clients with a range of digital finance solutions, helping them grow and prosper. Along the way they have built a sophisticated and market leading technology platform, have won numerous awards and are renowned for offering fast track career progression to experienced Customer Support Agents into more senior technology roles including IT Analysts, Software Developers....

We're looking for smart and passionate Customer Support Advisors with experience of providing 1st line technical support and/or troubleshooting a technology product. Successful candidates must demonstrate a genuine interest in finance and technology, and keen to develop a career in these sectors.

The Customer Support Advisors are at the heart of the Customer Success team, serving customers at all stages in the customer journey. As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll immediately become a key member of a highly motivated and energetic team. You'll enjoy sharing your knowledge and ideas about how the team can improve. You'll also relish self-leading and working independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

The Person
  • Tech savvy with a genuine passion for technology
  • A real knack for building rapport quickly over the telephone
  • Experience supporting customers via telephone. You will also speak with customers via email and on webchat so the ability to construct well written, friendly sentences quickly is just as important
  • Confidence when communicating with customers combined with the ability to effectively tailor your communication style to differing audiences
  • An academic background in finance, technology or business would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Proactive, motivated, and metrics-driven who have an ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit
  • You will have the flexibility to work between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday (40hour week), and the capability to provide 24/7 out of hours support on a rota basis.

  • £18-20 basic + bonus & on-call overtime rates (OTE: £25K+)
