The role

We are looking for an experienced Leadership and Development professional to create and deliver leadership and development interventions to enhance and grow the capability of the organisation. You will support the Head of HR to devise the training strategy for the business

What will I be doing?
  • Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, performance reviews, personal development plans and regular consultation with line managers and HRBPs
  • Design training interventions and leadership programmes based on the needs of the company, team and individual ensuring that the budget is managed
  • Evaluate the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme
  • Develop an effective induction programme for all new starters
  • Build training and development programmes from design through to implementation and subsequent evaluation and outcome analysis
  • Create and/or deliver a range of e-learning packages
  • Manage the delivery of training and development working closely with the L&D Partners to ensure training is delivered effectively
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met

What I need to be successful:
  • CIPD Qualification or equivalent L&D related qualification and experience is required
  • Demonstrable track record in creating and delivering leadership, behavioural and soft skills training for a large organisation
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present and influence at all levels of seniority
  • Ability to design a training course on any appropriate subject matter
