Role: 1st Line Support Analyst

Skills: - 1st Line support experience, Active Directory, ITIL understanding/ methodologies, Basic SQL knowledge is desirable and Must have a UK Driving Licence

I have a client based near Maidenhead who is looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst with experience as a 1st Line support, Active Directory and basic understanding of ITIL and Basic SQL methodologies on a permanent basis.

Our Client is offering the successful 1st Line Support Analyst a salary up to £20,000 based on experience.

This role will be providing internal support for the companies' users (approx. 200)

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of email and telephone support and understand when an issue may need escalating.

Skills/Experience Required
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • 1st line support
  • Active Directory
  • ITIL understanding / methodologies
  • Basic SQL knowledge is desirable
  • Must have a UK Driving Licence
  • Education Level BTEC or above
