An exciting opportunity has opened-up for an Associate Brand Manager role in the UK & Ireland Andrex® Marketing - Strategy & Portfolio team. Reporting to the Andrex® Marketing Manager this role offers the successful candidate significant development opportunities, operating in a multifunctional environment and being accountable for supporting the development and execution of key innovation, renovation and packaging projects on the Andrex® Dry portfolio as well as leading the delivery of part of our online digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contributes to delivery of Andrex® volume, net sales, gross profit & operating profit objectives as well as brand share objectives
  • Responsible for the delivery and go to market execution of key innovation and renovation projects across the Andrex® Dry portfolio
  • Supports essential Cost Transformation and Quality programs to ensure that gross margin transformation targets are achieved whilst maintaining the integrity of the consumer experience
  • Owns the management of the online presence of Andrex(R) Dry and Moist including optimisation of key marketing messages and online imagery and owning the Brandbank relationship and process
  • Acts as Customer Point Person for Andrex® and Kleenex® for e-commerce customers to drive brand initiatives and priorities in relation to channel/customer specific objectives


Experience Required:
  • A strong, consistent performer, experience in FMCG, preferably in marketing or sales
  • Ideally a degree in business or marketing-related subjects
  • Strong presentation skills and experience
  • Project management/co-ordination skills
  • A proven track record of making things happen and delivering business results in current / previous roles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with a variety of cross functional stakeholders
  • Outstanding interpersonal / collaborative skills
  • Comfortable working in a high pressured environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong numerical and verbal reasoning ability
