A new vacancy has arisen with my client based in Manchester. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Dialler Manager to join their well-established and fast growing, successful company.

The new role will be pivotal in the continued success of their business and as such requires an analytical individual who can identify issues in real-time and make the relevant alterations in the dialler and provide insight on all details when required. The role will provide a high degree of autonomy and is a great opportunity to work in a multi-channel team.

Overall Responsibilities/Key Tasks:
  • Manage and maintain the dialler systems effectively and ensure everything is on the optimum settings
  • Daily production of daily performance of the dialler and data available in day and as data matures
  • Documenting and evaluating dialler changes to be able to produce reports on the effectiveness of any changes
  • Develop and renew dialling strategies; detailed insight and analysis of historic performance with the purpose of comparing against current delivery to ensure the best output and use of resources
  • Recommendations for improved data optimisation
  • Create, test and implement contact dialler strategies based on contact behaviours
  • Constantly review dialler & data performance while planning, developing & recommending strategic changes to the contact strategy to improve contact ability and overall campaign performance against targets.
  • Ownership of in-day dialler strategy changes with analysis around changes and outputs
  • Flagging any risk areas or risk staff members real time
  • Knowledge of all KPIs related to outbound calling
  • Produce weekly and monthly strategy updates against required business plans
  • Assess the performance of outbound campaigns for the lead gen team
  • Ensure and demonstrate all campaigns are fully compliant and meet regulatory and legal requirements
  • Daily communication with key stake holders
  • Document processes and procedures relating to all aspects of the Dialler and leasing with the CRM team when needed

Required Qualifications / Experience
  • 3 years + campaign dialler experience desirable.
  • Knowledge of integrated CRM and Dialler systems
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experienced in producing detailed reports
  • Analytical and logical approach
  • Proactive approach
  • Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to performance
  • Hands On approach and willing to undertake additional tasks as needed
  • Experience in managing and supporting people
