As a Development & Assessment Consultant with the MSXI Global group, you will have the opportunity to assess all core non-technical roles within Volkswagen Group networks to achieve qualification, certification and accreditation status. Our ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who will feel comfortable delivering feedback in the context of personal development planning. You will have the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. You will be able to manage conflicting situations and priorities whilst remaining calm, credible and dependable. Candidate Specifications: Day to day duties include -Accurate and timely reporting of results and feedback to candidates in conjunction with line managers Support and development of referral candidates to support readiness for re-assessment Creation and delivery of feedback in the context of personal development planning Facilitate and assess core-non technical roles Conduct Virtual Classrooms to support delegates in preparing for assessment Review and development of assessment materials and development solution accordance with maintenance governance. Keep up-to-date with current assessment practices and theories through reading, research and networkingEnsure compliance with quality procedures, including TUV and Automotive awarding bodiesAct as an ambassador representing Learning Services, understanding vision, values and corporate standards Coaching, developing, task managing and working with Trainers, Course Champions, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Desktop Publishers to update current prospectus and future coursesComply with Data Protection Act 1998.
