A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a Financial Services Business in the Northwich area, for an Adminstrator.

Client Details

Our Financial Services client are extremely well established. They are hoping to recruit an Administrator to join their Northwich site.

Description

Administrator responsibilities:
  • Daily systems usage, ensuring all applicable business cases are processed
  • Accurate and timely processing of payment in expectations, covering regular and ad hoc events.
  • Accurate and timely processing of Withdrawal requests, Internal Transfers and Switches
  • Accurate and timely updating of 'Intelligent Office (IO)' with applicable case details and progress.
  • Completion of the full range of other administration tasks that fall within the remit of the Business Processing Team.
  • Involvement in regular checking, monitoring and the verification of data.
  • Close liaison with other departments, to ensure all business processes run smoothly and effectively.
  • Assistance in recording and collating departmental statistics on a daily and monthly basis, where appropriate.

Profile

Administrator will be/have:
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Previous data entry and paperwork checking experience desirable
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Good team player with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Flexibility and availability to work overtime during peak workload periods
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Previous Financial Services experience, specifically in a Wealth Management business, would be a key advantage
