Pay Rate and Hours:

Monday - Friday, flexibility is required as shifts will fall on any of the below
  • 15:00PM-23:00PM
  • 16:00AM-00.00PM
  • 23:00PM-07:00AM

Evening/ Saturday Rate: £21.00 PER HOUR

Night/ Sunday Rate: £26.00 PER HOUR

Some weekend work may be required


As the Presentations Operator you will;
  • Accurately create and amending presentations/documents in a timely manner to corporate standards
  • Ensuring all work is quality checked/proofed to the highest standards and delivered right at the first time
  • Estimating production time before each job, and liaising with Workflow Coordinators to ensure deadline adherence.
  • Communicating effectively with Workflow Manager/Team Leader, Client and team to help effectively manage operational needs and manage client expectations as well as working as a dedicated operator assigned to a particular team.
  • Creating high quality PowerPoint presentations / pitchbooks, with complex graphs and charts created in Excel and embedding scaled maps and other graphics into these presentations for the end clients.

  • Advanced technical knowledge of PowerPoint (including master slides), Word (including working with large IM's) and Excel (including complex chart creation and solving).
  • Great communication skills and understanding of verbal and written English
  • Creativity to display client information in engaging formats
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to liaise with colleagues, managers and external clients
  • Be able to provide first class customer service in a busy environment whilst being able to work under pressure
  • Self motivated, problem solver, ability to organise own workload and escalate when required
  • Passionate about putting people first and you must have strong interpersonal skills
  • A dedicated and positive attitude, with the ability to prioritise your workload and remain organised
  • Essential: Background in presentation work
