Badenoch & Clark are working with a growing company based in Brighton. We are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a contract basis who will support the finance team and report directly to the finance controller.

Key responsibilities:

Purchase ledger processing of invoices for payment
Raising of sales invoices on
Bank reconciliations
Payroll processing and tax returns
Payroll journal entry from payroll reports
Updating monthly management accounts reports for debtors and creditors and consolidation
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and consolidation
Foreign currency exchange where necessary

Skills and experience:

* Experience on xero would be advantageous.
* Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
