I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join a busy team in Huntingdon.

You will be responsible for providing end user support across multiple clients, 1st or 2nd line support, whilst working towards ITIL and set service level agreements.

My client are looking to pay between £23,000 - £24,000 depending on experience.

Essential:
  • Previous working experience with the following Technologies:
    • Active Directory
    • Group Policy
    • Windows Operating Systems
    • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Previous service desk experience
  • Previous experience working to ITIL.

Desirable:
  • ITIL Foundations Certificate
  • Previous 1st/2nd Line Experience
  • Entry level certifications in desktop support (Comptia A+, MCSA)
  • Enhanced SC cleared as this will be something you will need to go through once passed initial probation.
