Senior Finance Assistant - Temporary Assignment (3 months)

Senior Finance Assistant for Small Accounts team based in Winnersh

Your new company is a small friendly but busy business based in Winnersh

Your new role will be working with the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include
  • Accounts Payable, processing supplier invoices, coding and entering credits
  • Supporting the sales team, logging invoices
  • Checking supplier statements and investigating as appropriate
  • Daily bank postings
  • Cashflow spreadsheets
  • Raising weekly and monthly supplier payment runs
  • Employee expenses

What you'll need to succeed is a minimum of 3 years experience as an accounts assistant with good account receivable experience and a hands on proactive approach to your work. SAP beneficial.

What you'll get in return is a competitive rate of pay with a thorough handover. The offices are set in a beautiful setting however can only be sensibly accessed by car drivers.
