Compliance Administrator - £17k - £22k plus benefits - St Albans

With over 25 years' experience in the servers, storage and IT solutions industry, our client a principle distributor to a number of the industry's most renowned and globally recognised names are currently on the recruit for an experienced Compliance Administrator to support the team.

Daily activities will include, but not be exhausted of:-
  • Performing and documenting internal departmental and ISO audits, including maintaining and communicating internal audit schedule to Management
  • Compliance of requirements of ISO 14001 and 9001 standards
  • Helping to create and update Company Policies relevant to the department including implementing new Policies
  • Review legislation for Health and Safety and Environmental Legislation and update
  • Management of maintenance and servicing for the site and equipment, including organising replacements and repairs, and ad hoc requirements for facilities improvements
  • Fleet Management

Skills and experience:-
  • A proactive and personable nature with the ability multi task and prioritise
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in a compliance based role
  • Health and Safety knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
