Teaching Personnel work exclusively with a Preston based School which provides Education and Support for children with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD, Challenging Behaviours and Learning Difficulties. The School is smaller than average and caters for pupils who can sometimes display aggressive behaviours. The School have one pupil in particular who requires 1:1 support, he has Autism and Anxiety. The pupil requires support from 8.15am - 3.45pm a minimum of 3 days a week and the candidate must be willing to provide these full hours, including eating lunch with him.

The candidate must be hard working, understanding, empathetic and have strong behaviour management skills. The pupil rarely displays aggressive behaviours, however, on occasion can go into crisis and candidates need to calmly and effectively deal with this. Candidates with their Team Teach qualification will be favoured, but this is not essential.

The role will start in September and candidates must be willing to travel between Chorley and Preston as the pupil is taught on two different School sites.

The successful candidate will benefit from:
