We are recruiting for a permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk position based in Northamptonshire.

Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk position based in Northamptonshire.

Description

The Main objectives of the role are as follows:
  • Ensure invoices and credit notes are raised and posted accurately, in a timely manner
  • Process invoices and reconciles delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
  • Responsible for Petty Cash ensuring accurate records and reconciliations
  • Processing expense claims, creating management packs and helping with budget reporting
  • Proactively communicating with suppliers, sharing relevant updates on payment dates and assisting with any queries
  • Assist internal teams where necessary

Profile

The successful candidate will also:
  • Strong and clear communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organised and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Impeccable attention to detail and consistent accuracy in all work
  • IT Literate especially Excel
  • Working knowledge of Purchase ledger
