Artis Customer Contact are pleased to be supporting this established business in there search for an experienced Business Analyst to join their customer experience change team.

You will be responsible for the gathering, eliciting, analysing, documenting and managing of requirements to support the transformation change process with both a core project team and the wider business.

Having worked many times in project and transformation environments you will be comfortable working at pace and understand the steps required to achieve deliverables effectively, working to plan and within a small team.

Responsibilities will include:
*Building relationships with business stakeholders to understand, define and document their requirements to the scope of the project
*Capturing present and future states of processes and systems landscapes through effective process modelling and management
*Facilitating discussion and playback workshops to drive business engagement throughout the requirements gathering and process development stages ensuring that risks, issues and opportunities are captured to support the wider project
*Translating requirements into solution and business integration documentation in order to support technical teams with the build and testing phases of the project
*Producing suitable documentation to support the delivery of the project in accordance with the scope, supporting its delivery from time, cost and quality perspectives
*Maintaining accurate documentation and records, preparing and presenting material to stakeholders of a high quality

Working experience/Personal attributes
*Extensive experience in a Business Analyst position from a Project or Business Transformation environment - essential
*Proven experience in process mapping over a variety of BPM (Business Process Management) tools such
*A proven track record of delivering within the project environment preferably within a multi-project programme
*Demonstrable experience in requirement gathering processes and methodologies, including the project lifecycle
*Ability to understand business needs and work with stakeholders to propose and deliver cost effective solutions
*Confident with the ability to facilitate groups and give presentations
*Able to demonstrate basic understanding of deployed technologies across the enterprise and of multiple system platforms
*Strong written, presentation, communication and negotiation skills and can articulate complex solutions
*A naturally positive attitude and an inclusive approach to building partnerships, well organised and self-motivated
*Ability to problem solve in an innovative and flexible manner
*Ability to adapt to changing circumstances promptly

*Business Analyst or Project Management professional qualifications
*Process engineering qualifications - desirable but not essential
*Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project
