Your new role
You would be working as a Credit Controller for the company working in a small team dealing with national accounts. Your duties will include using various ways to chase debt with either telephone, email and write to customers about their accounts with a view to collecting payments. The role will involve reconciling customer accounts to resolve any customer queries relating to their accounts and reviewing customer credit ratings and review credit limits on all active accounts at least annually and more frequently for key accounts. You will set customer credit limits and review orders on hold and negotiate repayment plans.

What you'll need to succeed
For you to secure this position you must have over 1 years Credit Control experience.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be paid an annual salary between £20,000 - £21,000 and receive a superb benefits package.
