The purpose of the Case Team Manager is to offer support and service to teams through proactive management of cases with the responsibility of providing a high-quality service to end users, line managers and internal/external stakeholders appropriate to the client.

What You Will Have:

  • Experience of effective service delivery.
  • End to end process experience.
  • High levels of attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Report writing experience.
  • Leadership/Management and Performance Management experience.
  • Exemplary levels of Customer Service.
