Excellent Finance Assistant - 10 month Fixed Term Contract position

Hays Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a 10-month fixed term contract position working for a company on the outskirts of Lincoln.

Your new role
In your new role as Finance Assistant you will undertake a variety of duties including preparation of the weekly supplier payment run, managing the company credit cards, process employee expenses, supporting with entering invoices, monthly reconciliations of supplier statements, daily and monthly bank reconciliations, processing of inter-company recharges. You will assist the Finance Manager with any other ad-hoc reports as and when required

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have recent and relevant all-round finance experience. You will need to highly organised and enjoy working to deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. You will need to be immediately available and looking for work or on a short notice period as this is a fixed term contract role for approximately 10 months. Studying towards your AAT Qualification, AAT qualified or equivalent is desirable. Sage experience is desirable.
