A high end Construction organisation based on Canvey Island, Essex are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their very friendly team. The Accountancy candidate will have a longstanding proven ability to work as a Financial Administrator and provide accounting and office assistance within the commercial sector. The successful Accounts Assistant will be able to get stuck in to an extremely varied role covering Accounts, Credit Control, Sales and Purchase Ledgers, health and safety as well as admin and other office assistance when required.

Accounts Administrator Position Overview

Dealing with daily transactions such as bank reconciliations
Maintenance of sales and purchase ledgers
Stock ordering and management
Invoice inputting
preparing site health and safety folders
Updating H&S accreditations
Ad-hoc administrative tasks
processing company vehicle insurance documents

Accounts Administrator Position Requirements

Prior health and safety experience is essential

It is essential that the application has a proven career history in a similar role

Experience within a finance role is essential - you will be working heavily within credit control

Flexible individual keen to help other parts of the business in busy periods

Accounts Administrator Position Remuneration

Salary £21,000 to £26,000 dependant on experience

Friendly and supportive office environment

Flexible working hours

Based on Canvey Island, Essex
