Job Profile:

An excellent opportunity to join one of Tunbridge Wells' most respected employers at their Head Office based in central Tunbridge Wells. If you have a strong eye for detail with excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly, this role would be great for you.

This role would ideally suit somebody with prior office experience or could suit a trainee with a university degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Finance, Accounting) or could also suit a school leaver with a keen interest in the industry.

Daily duties will include:

- Collation of various pieces of data to maintain accurate financial records

- Drawing up invoices and submitting/sending within guidelines and time frames

- Liaising with senior management to follow up on draft invoices for sign off

- Identifying errors and liaising with senior staff to rectify

- Prepare various accounting schedules and bring together data sets to send out on time

- Issuing invoices to various clients in different formats

- Management reporting with data sets

- Sitting in on meetings

- Assisting with other adhoc accounting tasks in the department

- Adhoc administration
