Redex Recruitment are continuing to work with a well-established group of companies based in Braintree, Essex. Operating across the UK and Europe they have experienced exception growth across all divisions the past 2 years and therefore looking to support their back-office team with an additional member to the purchase ledger team.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm).

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager your duties will include:
  • Inputting purchase invoices
  • Checking invoice against goods received
  • Dealing with any discrepancies/queries
  • Arrange payment terms with customers
  • Follow up invoices awaiting approval
  • Assist with weekly/monthly supplier payment run
  • Assist more junior member of the team
  • Liaise with other departments

The ideal candidate will have 1/2+ years' experience working a similar role.
