We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our expanding team of IT support engineers. This division offers a range of managed IT services (i.e. server / PC monitoring, patch management, anti-virus, etc.) to our clients, as well as a hotline support service & disaster recovery / business continuity solutions - to a wide range of clients across Scotland.

If you are a recent graduate or are graduating later this year, we would love to hear from you. We have positions available for immediate start as well as flexible start dates over the next few months.

What you need:

·Degree level or equivalent education (ideally with ICT discipline)

·Logical & methodical approach to problem solving.

·Excellent communication skills

·Self-motivated with good time management and organisational skills

·Readiness to learn new software and processes

·Willing to travel to customer sites

·Ability to build relationships and support customers

The Role:

This is a varied and challenging role, covering all aspects of providing IT support. You will be initially involved in providing desktop support, but with the intention to move up to servers / networks on completion of training. Your responsibilities will include:

·Providing 1st line IT support for helpdesk issues.

·Attending customer sites to for new installations / support issues that require a physical visit.

·Becoming familiar & proficient with our preferred monitoring, anti-virus, and monitored back-up solutions.

·Continuous learning - to help us stay abreast of technologies & choose the software & tools to use in future.
