Do you have experience of supporting people with complex needs? Do you have a good understanding of drugs and alcohol, recovery-focused interventions and harm reduction?

Are you an experienced support worker for people with complex needs? Do you have great communication and engagement skills, and an ability to work creatively and collaboratively?

Our client's new Housing First service is an innovative evidence-based approach to successfully supporting homeless people with high needs and histories of entrenched or repeat homelessness to live in their own homes.

The organisation are recruiting two Navigators for their exciting new Housing First service in Coventry, delivered in partnership with Coventry City Council. The posts will initially be fixed-term to March 2021, with potential to extend to March 2023 subject to performance and funding.

Navigator - Housing First Coventry (2 posts)

37 Hours per week

Monday - Sunday, flexible to meet service needs

£19,684.40 - £21,286.85 (dependent upon experience)
