Job type: Full Time (35 hours)

Hello, we're TSB, and we're different from other banks.

We don't do investment banking, overseas speculation or big corporate finance. We just serve individuals and local business customers - we call it 'local banking'.

Making things happen. That's what this role is all about. Join our Collections and Recoveries team and you'll answer calls from customers in financial difficulty, colleagues and other relevant people, delivering great service every time. Wherever you can, you'll solve their problems on your own initiative. Financial services experience isn't essential, but thanks to your excellent communication skills, a genuine interest in meeting customers' needs and a proven talent for customer service, you'll have no problem learning quickly and meeting our customer service targets.

The hourly rate for this role is £9.26 on an initial 6 months contract, with possibility of a permanent opportunity depending on your performance and business requirements at the time.

Collections & Recoveries - The team works a 5-day week, Monday to Friday and you'll also need to be willing to work on a shift rotation as well as some Saturdays.

There will be a mandatory training programme between 4 - 10 weeks s that will require you to attend; the hours for this will be Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00.
