We are delighted to be representing our client on an exclusive basis for the newly created role of Accounts Assistant. The business is based in Alton, Hampshire and the role is due to recent growth and expansion of the finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager the key responsibilities will be -

*Processing purchase ledger invoices
*Preparing month end balance sheet reconciliations
*Running monthly payroll for c100 employees
*Preparing all relevant commission related data for sales teams
*Managing monthly HMRC and Pension related payments

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of payroll and accounts assistant duties. You will have the ability to work alone but also as part of a team. You will have very good systems experience and strong attention to detail. The role could be suitable for someone who would like to work 4 days a week or full time.
