As Associate Market Manager for Collecting Devices (CD) you will play a key role in the Continence Care Marketing team, and be responsible for driving and implementing the strategy for business worth over £30 million. You will report to the Head of Continence Care and will be part of a team of 10 talented individuals within Continence Care MarketingThe roleThe Associate Market Manager - CD is responsible for driving all marketing initiatives related to our Simpla and Conveen ranges. Activities will include creating engaging campaigns for Healthcare professionals whilst building strong relationships with NHSSC and other national bodies ahead of national tenders. The role is responsible for driving market understanding, tracking performance, and inputting into forecasting, budgets and business planning. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference. You will be responsible for:Developing strong value argumentation to maintain our community share in collaboration with Payers and Trade and take leadership of formulary toolkit developmentTracking performance, and inputting into forecasting, budgets and business planning. They are also a trusted partner with all levels of the sales teams, convincing and inspiring sales to deliver sales growth Analysing and understanding market dynamics to drive insightsImplementing and executing approved programs, which include promotion, pricing, product improvement, and packaging plansDriving local launches and campaigns from start to finish to ensure execution through the sales force and market uptakePreparing and presenting campaigns and materials at national and regional sales events The role is based at our Peterborough office, and will require some travel monthly. To be successful in this role, candidate should possess the followingBSc/MSc in business, marketing or health sciences (preferred)Experience in marketing with a healthcare focus (preferred)Proven strong strategic and analytical skillsStrong project management skillsExcellent communication skillsPrevious sales experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage and build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholdersPassion to make a difference
