Synergi are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-growing food manufacturer in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate would join the Engineering Team on a Friday to Sunday Nights shift pattern working an average of 36 hours a week. This is a great opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work in an award-winning business with progression and training options.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will responsible for the following:

Overseeing Planned maintenance and ensuring standards are hit
Continuous improvement and route cause analysis
Fault diagnosis, identifying problems on machinery and implementing solutions
Repair of site machinery, with electrical and mechanical multi-skilling
Preventative maintenance programs and projects
Respond to and diagnose equipment breakdowns and resolving issues

REQUIREMENTS

As a Maintenance Engineer you must be able to demonstrate:

Ideally have a time served apprenticeship or equivalent
A UK Recognised engineering qualification
Good level of Electrical & Mechanical multi-skilling
Good knowledge of PLC controlled machinery
Good communication skills
Worked in either Food, Pharmaceutical, Automation, General FMCG
Aware of the pressures involved and have a proactive approach to maintenance
