Our exciting growth and increasing customer base have created an opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join our team and deliver retail installation solutions across the UK and ROI.

About the Role

You will operate as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to one of our key accounts, a leading global brand. In addition, you will drive the company's revenue growth to achieve its strategic objectives by building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships in a professional manner which embodies trust and confidence.

  • Build successful relationships with key stakeholders within end client and internal client services.
  • Organise activity planner, prepare forecasts for resource and sales.
  • Keep in regular contact with account contacts through meetings, telephone and email.
  • Liaise with end client and client services to ensure client needs are understood and met.
  • Receive and share initial new project briefs for upcoming activities.
  • Ongoing transfer of knowledge and shared learnings to develop viable bespoke solutions for your clients.
  • Create, develop and communicate solution methodologies and commercial frameworks which match client needs.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams for solution development, scoping and implementation.
  • Deliver KPIs and SLAs successfully with the assistance of operational teams.
  • Communicate to the Head of Operations status of account, risks, challenges and opportunities.
  • Support operational teams to manage changes and potential impacts.
  • Manage the commercial process ensuring all quotes, invoices and evidence are submitted in a correct and timely manner.
  • Develop improvements to reporting tools and presentations, to demonstrate value to the client and share insights into trends and anomalies.
  • Consult with client services to ensure payment schedule is on track.
  • Ensure sales forecast document remains up to date.
  • Attend client meetings and briefings onsite and offsite.
  • Keep up to date with client sector, retail marketing and industry trends.
  • Work with partners to deliver added value and greater buy in from clients.
