Bristow Holland are seeking a Service Delivery Manager based in Southend to work on a greenfield site where you will have the opportunity to implement your ideas to build a new function from the ground up. We want an outside the box thinker with strong service delivery experience who will take charge of a technical service desk team with a view to 50% growth from day one, someone who can set direction of the service desk, the overall service management piece and work closely with the executive team to ensure that the ambition growth plans of the business are supported by your division. As well as the service management aspect, you will also have a technical mind as your team will contribute to the implementation of numerous projects in the upcoming years, Azure/Office 365 have recently been implemented but there is a lot more coming up in the pipeline.

This is a real opportunity to be the owner of a service function and undoubtedly a really exciting opportunity to grow it within a business that are extensively investing into their technical department. This is a newly created role which most certainly demonstrates the direction the company are moving.

We require an experienced Service Delivery Manager who has good all-round service experience ideally with ITIL knowledge and it is important that the candidate has good fundamental technical skills across a range of desktop infrastructure. You will also be an outstanding communicator, have great people skills and be confident in your own ability.
