Do you enjoy helping others with their IT related issues? Are you looking to develop your skills and knowledge while gaining a nationally recognised qualification?

Blowfish Technology is currently experiencing a sustained period of growth and has a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Apprentice to join their supportive team

Roles & Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):
  • Providing support to remotely
  • Login tickets
  • Conducting hardware upgrades
  • Occasional site visits
  • Setting up PCs and networks
  • Maintaining admin - Using a CRM System
Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by the employer and provider.

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:
  • Excellent customer service skills - experience beneficial, not essential
  • Willing to learn
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Knowledge/ understanding of hardware and software
  • Self-confident
  • Grade 4 in Math's and Grade 3 in English (Or equivalent)
Salary, Hours & Benefits
  • Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • £8,736 Per Annum
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
