Job Role:

Looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants that have a wide knowledge base with different client groups within care, strong work ethic and the ability to care for the elderly to a high standard in a Nursing home.

Personal care is a must, otherwise you will not be considered for this role. You must also be able to motivate and encourage Service Users to be independent to provide them with life choices.

As an experienced healthcare assistant, you will provide a high quality service which involves person centred care to each service user. You will need to be knowledgeable of how a Nursing home works in terms of: reporting incidents, care plans, writing notes and company policies. Communicating effectively with service users, families and members of staff to find their likes and preferences.
You will:
* Hold a valid DBS (Conducted in the last 12 months)
* MUST have at least 9 months UK experience in the care sector
* Have a good level of English (written & verbal) skills
* MUST be happy to provide personal care

If you have a DBS that is registered with the online update service, we can offer you work more quickly. You must be able to provide 5 years references and either have all mandatory training in date, or be prepared to complete this prior to starting your assignment.
