Our client in South East London are now looking for an Assistant Accountant to join the team. Reporting to the MD this is a sole charge role and you will be responsible for the monthly payroll on Sage Payroll for 30 staff, including overtime calculations, all aspects of sales and purchase ledger including raising invoices, gaining authorisation for payment, requesting copy invoices, expenses, raising BACS payments, liaising with suppliers and ensuring all the processes are in place. Bank and control account reconciliations. The ideal person will be from an SME background, used to the hands on side, strong payroll experience and Sage Line 50 is a must.
