Based in the Helston area my client is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team.

Responsible to the company Accounts Manager the role will see the chosen candidate working in line with company procedures and assisting to develop systems to ensure that all company financial information is collated, analysed, verified and reported in a timely manner to suite statutory and governing bodies and the company reporting timetables.

Duties will include:

Process suppliers invoices in line with detailed company procedures

Ensure queries are logged and dealt with efficiently

Ensure company data bases are checked, updated and maintained

Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to resolve all queries and maintain good relations for all concerned

Report any findings to management

Partake in regular meetings when required

Assist to maintain, develop and enhance company policies and procedures in line with the scope of ISO certifications

Assist with any other duties in line with the efficient running of the business and within the scope of abilities

To ensure all works are carried out in line with detailed and set procedures to achieve ISO/ SMAS/CHAS/Achillies certification

This role is being offered on a full time permanent basis of 40 hours per week- Monday to Friday
