As our Marketing Manager you will develop and deliver with a passion for driving and improving lead generation for business-to-business (B2B) sales teams along with experience of managing marketing projects and budgets.

Key Tasks and Accountabilities of our Marketing Manager:

- Supporting the creation of a channel and territory strategy & vision for the business;

- Support Sales and Marketing teams in the areas of business information, product management, channel materials and trade presentations;

- Work on key strategic projects with customers, aiming to influence purchasing behaviour, and support the sales effort in the creation and implementation of innovative and effective trade support activities.

- Organisation of events and exhibitions

- Manage the businesses inbound marketing strategy and create and effective CRM process

- Manage online campaigns, website development, SEO, blogs, whitepapers, e-books and social media

- Generate leads for the business via the creation of engaging content, blogs and reports.

- Work with design teams to ensure that all collateral is created on time and to budget

- Liaise with external agencies to manage PR campaigns and press releases

- Identify and monitor competitors, researching market conditions

- Perform ad hoc analyses, shopper research projects and trade communications

To become our Marketing Manager you must have the following attributes, skills and experience:

- High Achievement Drive and self-motivated

- Track record in clearly articulating marketing strategies and goals to the sales organisation

- Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines

- Ability to prioritise improvement activities for greatest organisational impact

- Previous track record in coordinating and managing trade related activities with marketing and sales

- Track record in analysing market data, building insights, and utilising data systems

- High level of personal organisation

- Ability to display initiative and interpersonal skills

- Budget management

- Strong time management and prioritisation skills

- High quality presentation skills

- Track record of agency management, project management and brief writing

- Degree (desirable)
