Our client is looking to recruit a Head of Account Management towork in their award-winning team. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of initially £36,011 to £40,573 (with an opportunity to progress up to £54,498 subject to performance).

The Head of Account Management role:

Our client is looking to recruit an energetic and ambitious Head of Account Management to work with a small team of account managers selling apprenticeships to businesses and creating opportunities for cross selling other products and services.

Our client is a highly commercial organisation with less than half of its funding coming from government. Having recently won several prestigious national apprenticeship contracts and investing in new facilities, they are looking for a talented and committed individual to realise the sales potential of a progressive and growing College.

This roll will lead the Account Management team, manage key business-to-business relationships and develop the College's sales strategy. You and your team will embody the values of the College; Ambitious & Progressive, Enterprising, Professional, Supportive and Passionate about everything we do.

As a Head of Account Management you'll need to meet the below criteria:

- Experience of successful business development including sales and account management

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong leadership skills, able to manage a team and deputise for the Finance Director with internal and external stakeholders

- Strong relationship building skills support by written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience including advanced Excel and accounting software

- Highly organised, able to work flexible and prioritise tasks in a busy environment with tight deadlines

- Demonstrate a commitment to customer service of internal and external stakeholders with a positive 'can do' attitude and growth mind-set

- Experience of further education and knowledge of ESFA funding (desirable)

- Level 6 relevant qualification (desirable)
