(*As of May 31,2019)Job Purpose (Job Summary): As part of the ongoing digital transformation at Invesco, an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner of Digital Experience Management has arisen to work with Invesco in EMEA as we develop our new global platform. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a specific set of skills and mind-set to make a significant and visible impact by helping us further the journey we are on.

Our customers have complex and unique investment needs, which we are uniquely positioned to deliver through 13 investment centres with expertise in equities, fixed income, and alternatives. The Digital Development Team seeks to connect client needs with our capabilities digitally by creating effective, world-class experiences which help educate, inspire and support our clients.

The right candidate will have 10+ years of product ownership and digital marketing experience and will come from one of the massive online players such as Apple and or Adobe. We are after a candidate that will be comfortable managing a wide range of stakeholders to shape the global platform from an EMEA perspective. To achieve this, you will need to be able to develop, up-hold and sell in product briefs at a global level bolstered by solid data to ensure briefs are as compelling as possible. We are after someone with meticulous attention to detail who has a high degree of organisational skills with the ability to stay on the front-foot of all global web discussions. We need a first rate relationship builder and networker who is entrepreneurial yet structured in approach and communication.

For transparency, it is essential the candidate can seamlessly put on different hats and be flexible with their tasks and responsibilities to get the job done.Key Responsibilities / Duties: Works closely with Regional Product Strategist and stakeholders to identify and develop product strategy to drive digital experiencesProactively engages with business stakeholders to define and drive core marketing objectives and goalsIdentifies specific customer needs, priorities features, and guides work from concept to completionReworks loosely defined concepts and communicates detailed requirements and success criteria, of global capabilities/components (built once......leverage locally via configuration)Facilitates and drives formulation of business briefs, KPI's, and digital feature requests included in solution roadmapGo-to/on-point person for all questions/issues regarding AEM EMEA use, config, best practices, etcResponsible for Regional Team's Web Program Sprint BacklogManages SCRUM/Kanban backlogs and drives execution with 1 or more cross functional teamsProject management and ownership of web programmes for various platformsWork Experience / Knowledge: Experience in two of the major online players such as Adobe and AppleAgile product management, especially with large-scale, distributed web productsStrong user empathy and previous experience working on user-facing product flowsAbility to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision makingAbility to break down complex global problems into simple solutions focused on essential customer needsAbility to manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured wayFocused on data-driven problem-solving approaches to accelerate the learning process to validate solutionsCollaborates well with engineers, designers, and other partnersExperience with Lean/Lean Start-up and User-Centered Design methodologiesSkills / Other Personal Attributes Required: Deep understanding of the Adobe Experience Manager and its suite of tools5+ years of Digital (web / mobile) financial product ownership experience requiredExpert level knowledge of Agile process and principlesExperience using JIRA / ConfluenceA strong character with the ability to say "no" whilst backing up their convictions with data, insight and expertiseSelf-starter requiring minimal supervision to get stuff doneTeam player who can incorporate good ideas from others and help the team raise the barHighly organized and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at onceCurious mindset that comes up with new ways to improve resultsGreat interpersonal and problem-solving skills to achieve win-win outcomes with a variety of stakeholdersPositive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in, learn and help out with whatever tasks are required to keep things movingFormal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)Educated to a degree level or if not are able to clearly demonstrate that you can knock the ball out of the parkFCA Training and Competence (UK Only): Approved Person?NoCovered by FCA Training and Competence?NoLocation: Henley, UKSalary:
